The Beach House celebrates a vibrant interpretation of Californian and international beach cuisine, bringing the relaxed energy of coastal dining into an extraordinary onboard venue. Inspired by sunlit beaches, casual seaside restaurants and global coastal flavours, the concept combines fresh salads, vegetarian creations, seafood and light crossover dishes in a laid-back yet memorable setting.
Open for breakfast, lunch on sea days and dinner, the Beach House offers a highly flexible semi à la carte experience complemented by an extra salad buffet for lunch and dinner. Rotating menus keep the offer fresh throughout the voyage and invite guests to discover new dishes shaped by Californian ease and international beach culture.
With its relaxed design language, contemporary coastal cuisine and immersive seaside ambiance, the Beach House transforms onboard dining into a distinctive experience: fresh, open, casual and unmistakably connected to the feeling of dining by the beach.
Following its outstanding success onboard AIDAcosma, this signature dining concept will be further evolved and introduced on board AIDAmar during her yard stay in November 2026, with three additional ships set to bring the Beach House experience to life as part of AIDA Evolution by 2028.
