GO by Spark software streamlined the entertainment scheduling process and helped Princess Cruises release a new Princess Patter design that was created and exported in GO. The new Princess Patter debuted a new lens for seeing the guest experiences by segmenting programming into Vibe, Palette, and Explore a task that would have been harder to deliver without GO. GO operationalized many processes for entertainment including brand libraries that created a consistent events across the whole fleet and married the group reservation process with the public use of venues onboard. This new ability to merge the guest facing calendar and the groups calendar has enabled their team to use space more efficiently and commit it to uses more quickly. Go by Spark has taken decades of disparate processes and merged them into one tool, saving team members time and creating a better guest experience where the information all comes from one source of truth.
