Here’s everything you need to know about entering the awards. Should you have any questions, please contact Ollie Carter who will be able to assist you.

• Free entry: Entry to the awards is free of charge.

• Required information: Each entry must include the following details:

    • Name of the space, project, product, or service
    • Name of the cruise line and ship associated with the entry (where applicable)
    • Lead designer’s name
    • Completion date of the project or installation date of the product/service onboard
    • Entry description (limited to 2,500 characters)
    • One main image
    • Website link
    • Contact name, email, and phone number of a representative attending the awards ceremony

• Additional materials: You may upload a supporting document, additional images, and a video to enhance your entry.

• Drafts and edits: Entries can be saved as drafts and returned to at a later date. To do so, simply click the save button in the bottom right corner of any page. When you do this, enter your email address in the box that pops up and a link will be sent to you. You are unable to make edits after you have submitted your entry.

• Shout about your collaborators: Let us know who else was involved in the project so we can share the praise if you reach the shortlist!

• Multiple entries: You can submit multiple entries per category and enter as many categories as you wish, but each entry requires a separate submission.

• Category adjustment: If the Cruise Ship Interiors Awards Team feels your entry fits better in a different category, they will move it accordingly.

• Concept entries: Concept entries will not be accepted for the spaces or product awards, please instead submit to the Concept of the Year award.
