The main lounge of the Spirit of the Moselle forms the heart of the ship and opens up to the landscape of the cruise area with generous floor-to-ceiling windows. The design concept is influenced by the nature and cultural characteristics of the Moselle and creates a flowing dialogue between the interior and the surroundings. A particular challenge was to develop an atmosphere that is harmonious at all times of the day – from a relaxed retreat in the afternoon to a lively meeting place in the evening – while always ensuring the necessary functionality. The lounge thus combines an atmospheric ambience with versatile usability, making the journey along the Moselle a holistic experience.
