Bath Fitter is a bathtub and shower remodeling company. In our 40 years of success, Bath Fitter® has perfected the one-day bath remodel with our unique tub-over-tub & shower-over-shower technology. We custom manufacture new tubs and showers, allowing us to install new products over existing units without disruption.

Holland America Line has been cruising around the world for 150 years. They are a leader in the industry with a fleet of 11 modern ships offering more than 500 sailings a year, from ports in the Caribbean and Alaska to Europe and Australia.

Our project, Crew Quarters Renovation, consisted of acrylic shower liners, our innovative wall system and acrylic floor. This allows for a seamless, cost-effective, and time-saving installation of a new shower system directly over an existing one, eliminating the need for extensive demolition. By combining cutting-edge materials, advanced engineering, and strategic logistics, we have transformed what traditionally has been a disruptive and lengthy process into a swift, non-invasive solution that reused existing faucets and accessories.

By controlling every aspect of production—from raw material procurement to final installation—we ensure that each component meets our rigorous quality standards. This vertical integration not only enhances quality control but also allows for greater flexibility and speed in customization, leading to a streamlined process.

At the heart of this project is the integration of logistics with state-of-the-art materials designed to fit precisely over existing installations. From the measurements, to design, to manufacture, to the installation on site by certified Installers, Bath Fitter was there every step of the way. The “Shower Over Shower” system utilizes lightweight, durable panels that are custom fitted to existing structures. These panels are engineered to ensure a watertight seal, preventing leaks and enhancing durability, all while maintaining an aesthetically pleasing finish.
