ULTRALIGHT redefines decorative surfaces for cruise interiors by combining exceptional lightness, high-end design and advanced customization in an ultra-thin aluminum panel.
Developed by Tecnografica, ULTRALIGHT offers designers a new approach to interior surfaces, delivering strong visual impact while significantly reducing the weight and thickness traditionally associated with decorative panels.
With a thickness starting from just 1.2 mm and a weight of approximately 3.9 kg/m², ULTRALIGHT is particularly relevant to the cruise and marine sector, where aesthetics, performance and weight optimization must coexist. Its aluminum structure allows large decorative surfaces to be created with minimal impact on the overall load, making it suitable for cabins, suites, corridors, restaurants, lounges and other public areas on board.
High-definition digital printing enables extensive creative freedom, from stone, metal and wood effects to abstract, artistic and fully bespoke graphics. Designs can be adapted to the dimensions and concept of each project, giving architects and interior designers the freedom to create distinctive, highly customized environments.
Its minimal thickness also makes ULTRALIGHT ideal for renovation and refit projects, where reducing additional build-up and simplifying installation are key advantages. The panels can also adapt to curved surfaces, maintaining visual continuity across more complex geometries.
ULTRALIGHT brings together light weight, minimal thickness, large-format design, customization and contemporary aesthetics in a single solution.
For cruise interiors, it transforms a technical challenge – reducing weight and thickness – into a new creative opportunity, offering a surface designed for the increasingly ambitious interiors of modern vessels.
